The taste of a fresh Franzbrötchen, the North German cinnamon pastry, as a spread: milk, sugar, butter and cinnamon, cooked down by Meine Meierei on Norderney. The cream needs nothing more to bring the cinnamon pastry onto your bread.
What sets this product apart
Four ingredients, one classic: the Meierei cooks milk, sugar, butter and cinnamon down into a cream that tastes of fresh Franzbrötchen. Like all of the Meierei's Feine Kost fine-food products, this spread was first served in the Meierei's own tavern, tasted by hundreds of guests and given their approval.
Since 2018, Meine Meierei has run the old Norderney milk collection station of 1884 in new guise: a tavern with a charcoal grill, a tea room and the Meierei-Kontor shop, by now with almost 30 products of its own. What matters to the team is flavour, contact with the producers and the fun of tinkering with recipes.
