Della Special Art
Filter coffee meets pop art: for the Della Special Art, the Hannoversche Kaffeemanufaktur in Burgdorf roasts a blend of 100 per cent Arabica beans from Central America, South America & Africa, designed with the Hanover artist Della, chocolatey and nutty in the cup.
What sets this product apart
In the cup, the Della Special Art shows a full-bodied, rounded character: chocolatey, nutty depth, fine spice & slightly berry-like nuances. Subtle caramel notes bring sweetness, a balanced acidity provides freshness and clarity. The roastery roasts the blend the traditional way, a slow drum roast of 18 to 22 minutes at no more than 190 degrees Celsius: this breaks down the tannins and lets the beans' aromas unfold fully.
The Hannoversche Kaffeemanufaktur is an independent family business in Burgdorf and roasts each of its coffees separately by variety, every one to its own aromatic peak. Personal advice and a direct line to the roastery are part of how it sees itself; organic and Fairtrade coffees are part of the range. The blend's artwork comes from the pop-art artist Della from Hanover, known for his colourful, joyful pictures: art and coffee culture on one pack.
Very attractive packaging; an eye-catcher, an appealing ambassador for Lower Saxony.
